Special Board Meetings: How to Address the Board

MEETING LOCATION:  When the Board of Education meets for a Special Meeting, the meeting will typically be held in the Duarte Community Center, 1600 Huntington Drive, Duarte. Because locations can vary, please find the location included on the agenda for that meeting. The agenda for the meeting, once posted, can be viewed here. 

HOW TO ADDRESS THE BOARD:

To address the Board to make a public comment related to a specific board agenda item, please complete the YELLOW CARD located on the table with the Board Agendas and hand it to the Secretary of the District before the meeting begins. All Requests to address the Board are limited to three (3) minutes.
