Accessing Student Office 365 emails
1. Visit the site: https://outlook.office.com
2. Enter your district email address and click Next
3. Enter your district password and click Sign in
4. Choose if you want to stay signed in by clicking Yes / No

Accessing student email walkthrough
Students can access the Aeries Portal using their student email and signing in with Google.
1. Log into student district account via Google (skip step if using a district chromebook)
2. Navigate to https://aeries.duarteusd.org/parent/
3. Enter your student email and click Next
4. Click on Sign in with Google
5. Now you should be logged into your student Aeries Portal

1:1 Laptop Program & Optional Repair/Replace Plan Coverage
At Duarte Unified School District, we support our tech-savvy 21st Century learning community by having one of the largest 1:1 Laptop programs in the San Gabriel Valley. All students in Grades 6-12 are issued an HP chrome book laptop to be used both at school and home. Students have access to both their district Google Account as well as OneDrive storage, and each device has Absolute Computrace for data and device security. Every student in Grades K-5 has access to a classroom laptop to use for assignments and research. Other laptop carts, ipads and devices are available to share among the TK and Kinder classes at each site.
Purchasing the optional Repair/Replace Plan is highly encouraged for all students in Grades 6-12. Families can bring the $20 payment to your child's school office in either cash or check made payable to DUSD. The $20 will cover the first accidental damage incident. Any additional incidents will be charged at a $20 rate.
Students will be required to show their Digital Media Specialist their laptop for inspection prior to purchasing insurance.
